Mixed Use Exterior Paint Makeover

These two mixed-use buildings in Alameda, California were in dire need of new paint. The owners were able to come to consensus after they saw a color rendering of what they would look like newly painted. The buildings are over 70 years old and are now part of the 21^st century!
